¿ Que pasa en la casa ? 

One of our convictions is that change is only possible if we learn and understand “the big picture”. Access to information these days is easy, too easy. It becomes complicated to sort it out and to grasp the real issues at stake. 

 

We don't want to pretend that we are experts or want to lecture you by telling you that we are all going to die (we are all going to die), our goal is to try to make you understand the stakes of our project as we understood them, that is to say simply!

 

We summarize here the information that allowed us to set up this project, and to understand, in our opinion, problems at their origin (soil depletion, food sovereignty, food waste, etc.). 

Agroecology

Agroecology is an agricultural technique whose objective is to preserve the environment, to be productive and autonomous by using thelocal human and natural resources. It positions itself as a movement aimed at defending peasant agriculture and agricultural workers!

The urgency of upgrading the profession of farmer 

While farmers represent  3% of the French population, they feed the remaining 97% : a vital need that is met 3 times a day. But, it is urgent to upgrade their profession and bring consumers and producers closer together!
